A Guide for Wisconsin Political Leaders & Health Care Officials
The report highlights the findings from over 90 interviews with front-line medical professionals, media professionals, policy makers, public health officials and health care communication experts. This exploratory study sought to identify key issues and opinions of those tasked with directly or indirectly communicating to the public about the pandemic. We conclude the report with 10 strategic recommendations for political leaders and health care officials to use in future health care emergencies fraught with uncertainty and pushback.
